This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions that apply to booking modifications, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for reservations made with Rent A Yacht Abu Dhabi through our official website rentayachtabudhabi.com. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Reservation Modifications

  • Any changes to an existing reservation are subject to yacht availability.
  • Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested change.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellations requested more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip start time qualify for a 50% refund only when the booking amount has been paid in full. The deposit amount remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for any refund.

3. Trip Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours before the original trip start time and are subject to yacht availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are dependent on availability. If rescheduling cannot be accommodated, the original cancellation terms will apply.

4. No-Show and Missed Departures

  • Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in forfeiture of all payments.
  • Not arriving at the scheduled date and time will be treated as a no-show, with no refund issued.

5. Cancellations Initiated by Rent A Yacht Abu Dhabi

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Unfavorable weather conditions
  • Mechanical or technical malfunctions
  • Coast Guard instructions or maritime restrictions
  • Government directives, laws, or regulatory changes

In such situations:

  • An alternative date will be offered whenever possible.
  • If the alternative option is declined, a full refund will be processed.

6. Booking Confirmation and Availability

  • Booking confirmation will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or telephone once the reservation is completed.
  • In the event that the reserved yacht becomes unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or operational requirements, a comparable replacement will be proposed.
  • Should the customer choose not to accept the replacement option, a full refund will be issued.

7. High-Demand Dates Policy

For reservations scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, cancellations initiated by the customer are strictly non-refundable.
